Policies

New Client Policy

All new clients will be asked to pay a non-refundable deposit of 25% of your scheduled service when booking appointments. The deposit will go towards the overall total the day of your service.

Late Arrival Policy

If you are running more than 30 minutes late I may not be able to perform your service. Your time is very valuable to me so I try to keep things running as timely as possible.

Children In Salon policy

Please do not bring children to your salon appointment.

Cancellation policy

I kindly ask that you give a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If proper time is not given you will be asked to pay a cancellation fee before booking your next appointment.

No-show policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and do not notify me of your inability to be at your appointment you will be asked to pay a no-show fee before booking your next appointment in addition to a non-refundable deposit that will go towards the overall total the day of your next appointment. If this happens more than one time you will be blocked from booking future appointments.
